• A clear, continuous unboxing video is required for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products.
• The video should clearly show the package, shipping label, and the product while opening the package.
• Requests without valid video proof may not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.
• Please contact us with your order number, unboxing video, and details of the issue.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected, where applicable.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through an available online payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
